A school library is far more than just a quiet room filled with books; it is the heart of the educational community, nurturing students’ curiosity, knowledge, and intellectual growth. Serving as a crucial component of a well-rounded education, the school library provides students and teachers with access to a wealth of resources, from traditional books and periodicals to digital content and multimedia tools, all carefully curated to support the school curriculum. Beyond these resources, the library offers a structured space that encourages learning, exploration, and creativity, contributing to a supportive environment where students can study independently, collaborate with peers, or seek guidance.

Kendriya Vidyalaya B.S.F. Krishnanagar is a new star born in the galaxy of kendriya Vidyalayas on the 14th of September 2010 and this Vidyalaya is known for radiating its glow and warmth as it takes up quality education to the budding young generation desirous to be a part of this institution. We are located within the BSF campus at Krishnanagar,Nadia and set amidst picturesque and sylvan surroundings, ideal for the growing minds. The school started with strength of about 150 in classes I to V and within a short span permission has been granted for extension up to class X. Now the school is running up to class X with the enrollment of 450 (approximately). Our mission is to impart inclusive educational facilities to the children staying far removed from the metropolitan and urban centers. Our vision is to meet the needs of the aspiring children of our country; to impart quality and standardized education along with the development of a spirit of National Integration. Now our new school building is under construction at Mahatpur, Seemanagar.
